By installing or using Assignment Tracker, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Purpose
The app is a personal list of class due dates you type yourself. It is not a school portal, not an official gradebook, and not a source of homework answers.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate titles and dates, checking the list, and confirming your device notification settings. School deadlines remain those set by your instructors.
4. Alerts
We do not guarantee that any notification, sound, vibration, or lock-screen banner will occur at an exact time or at all. Focus modes, Silent, battery settings, and the operating system can delay or suppress alerts. Keep an independent way to track important deadlines.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for missed deadlines, academic consequences, or lost data arising from use of or reliance on the app.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
