Location
We use your device location on the device to show nearby toilets and walking routes. Location is not required to create an account (there is no account).
Map data
Toilet locations come from OpenStreetMap and may be cached briefly on our servers and on your device to load faster.
Reports and feedback
If you send a report or Settings → Send feedback, we store an anonymous device id, the message or report type, app version, and platform. Feedback is one-way; we do not reply inside the app. No email address is required.
Report fixes update on your device immediately. Reports are also saved on our servers. Other users’ maps do not change until we manually approve a report. The same device counts as one report per toilet and report type.
