1. Overview
Epoxy Pot Life Timer is designed as an offline-first timer for floor-coating work. No account is required for the core app.
2. Data stored on your device
Batch names, milestone times, My mixes, recent-use order, settings, and acknowledgement state are stored locally on your device.
3. Notifications
The app schedules local notifications on your device for milestones. Notification permission and device settings are controlled by you and your operating system.
4. Backup files
If you export a backup, the app creates a password-protected encrypted file containing local app data. You choose where to save or share it. We do not receive the file or its password. Imported backups replace local app data.
5. Information we do not ordinarily collect
The core app does not require your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, job address, product details, or account credentials.
6. App stores and payments
When paid features are offered, Apple or Google processes payments under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your payment-card details.
7. Feedback
If you choose Send feedback, we receive the category and message you enter, anonymous app and install identifiers, app version, platform, device model name when available, and submission time. We use this information to review app issues and suggestions. Feedback is sent to our Supabase-hosted database. Do not include personal, customer, job-site, or confidential information. The form does not collect your email address, and we cannot reply in the app.
8. Deletion and retention
You can remove batches and My mixes in the app. Uninstalling generally removes local app data unless you separately saved an exported backup. Files shared to another app or storage provider are controlled by that service.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including password-based encryption for exported backups, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure. Keep backup passwords and files safe.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date will change when we do.
