1. Agreement
By installing or using Epoxy Pot Life Timer, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Purpose
The app is a timer and organizational aid. It is not a substitute for manufacturer instructions, a current Technical Data Sheet (TDS), site supervision, professional judgment, or safety procedures.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for selecting correct products, entering accurate times, accounting for temperature and site conditions, verifying device notification settings, and confirming every milestone before acting.
4. Practice and starter times
Practice times intentionally compress Start times. Starter catalog values are illustrative and are not manufacturer-approved instructions. Turn Practice times off and edit every step to match the current TDS before a real job.
5. Alerts
We do not guarantee that any notification, sound, vibration, spoken alert, or screen display will occur at an exact time or at all. Operating-system restrictions, device settings, battery state, volume, Do Not Disturb, and hardware failures can affect alerts. Maintain appropriate independent work controls.
6. Backup
You are responsible for retaining backup files and passwords. Passwords cannot be recovered. Import replaces local data and may not be reversible.
7. Paid features
Paid features, when offered, are sold through Apple or Google. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and restoration follow the applicable store’s policies.
8. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or fit-for-purpose operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of or reliance on the app, including material loss, rework, missed windows, or lost data.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
