📝 Quick start
- Open Report → pick a pet parent (▼) or type a name
- Fill the checklist for each pet 🐕 🐈 🐾
- Tap Generate report → Copy report text → paste into WhatsApp or any chat 💬
✅ Visit form (once per job)
Basic: pet parent name · visit date · visit type (drop-in, overnight, other)
Visit details (expand): start / end times · lock-up (locked up or left as found)
Tap Clear (red) to reset the form for a new job — saved parent list stays.
✅ Pet checklist — basic fields
Each pet has a quick path plus an expandable More details section. Tap a chip again to clear it. Empty fields are left out of the report.
All pets: type & name · All good shortcut (optional) · mood
🐕 Dog — basic:
- Meal (fed / skipped) → if fed: Ate (all / most / some / none / refused) · Fed at (time)
- Water (topped up / OK / low / untouched)
- Potty outdoor — Pee and/or Poop (multi-select; tap when observed)
- Walk (short / normal / long — only report if set)
🐈 Cat — basic:
- Meal (fed / skipped) → if fed: wet food & dry food · Fed at
- Water
- Litter pee (low / normal / high)
- Litter poop (normal / soft / diarrhea — tap again to clear; unselected omits from report)
- Approach (came out / cautious / hidden / friendly)
🐾 Other (small animals) — basic:
- Meal (fed as instructed / partial / refused)

- Activity (active / normal / quiet / hiding / not seen)

💊 Medication
Medication lives under More details for all pet types. When you pick a saved pet parent (▼), med names from the last visit may load automatically. You can also tap Load meds from last visit when it appears.
Free plan: 1 medication time block, 1 medication name per visit.
Pro plan: up to 3 time blocks, up to 5 medication names per block (15 names max per pet).
✍️ Ready to send
Sign with your name — optional; when checked, your name appears at the end of the report.
Ending emoji (Warm & Brief only) — optional positive emoji added after your name in the signature box. Professional style omits emojis.
Report style (three options only):
- Warm & friendly — friendly paragraphs
- Brief — short labeled lines (Meal:, Pee:, Walk:, etc.)
- Professional — formal sentences, no emojis
There is no separate “Bullets” style. The app builds text from your checklist. Editing, History, and saved reports work offline. Free users need a connection when generating a new report so the monthly allowance can be verified.
🐕 Pet sitting & dog walking
One visit flow for both. Choose Dog, Cat, or Other, fill the checks, and generate a message. No separate Sitting vs Walking mode.
📅 Visit date
Use the date control to change the visit day. Remove this pet (red, multi-pet visits) asks for confirmation first.
👤 Pet parent picker
Type a name or tap ▼ to choose a recent visit: date · parent · 🐕 pet names. Generate a report to add new parents to the list (up to 100).
🔐 Lock-up
Optional, under Visit details: locked up or left as found. Appears in the report for the pet parent. Photos are shared separately if you use another app 📷

Up to 100 reports on this device. Tap a row to copy 📋 Tap Expand on the right to read the full text. Use Select to delete old entries 🗑️
⚙️ Settings & other tabs
💾 Backup & restore
Settings → Export encrypted backup → password-protected file (.pcrbak). Save to Files, Drive, etc.
On a new phone: Import encrypted backup → same password. Restores history, parent profiles, and your draft.
📱 Your data
Reports stay on your phone only. Uninstall removes them unless you exported a backup first. Updates on the same device keep your data.
🎫 Plans
Free: 10 reports per calendar month (resets on the 1st), 1 pet, 1 med block (1 med name), default theme.
Pro (subscription): unlimited reports, up to 5 pets, up to 3 med blocks × 5 med names each, all themes — billed through the App Store or Google Play. Your local price and billing period are shown before purchase. Pro renews on your subscription date in that store (separate from Free report counts).
🔑 Account
No sign-in. Pro uses the App Store or Google Play account on your device. The app checks for an existing subscription after installation; Settings → Restore purchases remains available if needed.

Send feedback: Settings → Send feedback in the app (choose a topic, then send). This is one-way — we cannot reply to you directly in the app. We read when we can.
