What this app is for
Unofficial multiple-choice drill for California Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) under the 2022 Construction General Permit (Order 2022-0057-DWQ). It does not replace the required Trainer of Record (ToR) course or the official exam.

Mastery vs exam score
Target mastery (default about 85%) is your spaced-repetition readiness on this app’s practice set. It is not the same as the typical CASQA-pathway passing score of about 70% on the timed exam. Use practice-exam scores against ~70% to gauge exam-day readiness (confirm current official instructions).
Exam tip
The CASQA pathway QSP exam is typically timed (~2 hours) with a passing score of 70% or higher. Allowed aids are commonly the 2022 CGP text and a non-programmable calculator. Success often depends on finding the right concept in the permit under time pressure—not on rote trivia. Always confirm current CASQA candidate instructions.
In this app’s timed practice exam you can go back and change answers. Locking the phone or leaving the app pauses the timer; you can resume or quit (quit is not scored).
Guessed answers
On Learn practice, after a correct answer you can mark I guessed. That schedules an earlier review and adds the item to Check in CGP later so you can confirm the topic in the permit text.
Content updates
Practice-content updates download quietly and apply the next time you fully start the app. An active study session or timed exam will not be interrupted. You do not need to press a special button.
Backup
Settings lets you export or import an encrypted backup of goals, progress, and activity. Question text is never included in the backup file.
Resetting data
Reset Learning Data in Settings permanently deletes progress stored on this device.
