House Sitter Report helps house sitters draft visit updates for homeowners. It is a productivity tool, not a matching, booking, insurance, or property-management service.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of reports you send and for complying with any agreement with the homeowner. Do not use the app for unlawful purposes.
3. Subscriptions
Optional Pro features may be sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, and cancellation follow the store’s rules. Free monthly report limits (when applicable) are separate from subscription billing periods. Local price and billing period are shown by the store before purchase.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that generated text is suitable for any particular purpose.
5. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an in-app notice or update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
