What this app is for
Keep vaccine dates and photos of your vet’s paper vaccine card, then share one boarding-ready PDF with daycare, boarding, or a sitter — without digging through your camera roll.
How to use
- Add a pet. Core vaccines are added automatically (dog: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella; cat: Rabies, FVRCP).
- Open each vaccine. Save dates anytime (draft OK without photos). Photograph the card before Share.
- Add vaccine for extras. Delete extras from the top-right of that screen.
- Share boarding proof. Use Mail or Messages in the system share sheet to send the PDF to the facility.
Backup
Settings → Export backup before a phone change. Import replaces everything on this device (you’ll confirm twice).
Tips
- Facilities often want Bordetella within 6 months.
- A rabies tag on a collar is not enough — you need the card or certificate photo.
- This app does not connect to your vet’s portal. If a facility requires records sent only by the clinic, ask your vet to email them.
Send feedback (one-way)
Use Settings → Send feedback in the app. This is a one-way channel: we read messages when we can and cannot reply in the app. Do not include passwords, personal IDs, or other people’s sensitive data.
