1. Overview
Pet Vaccine Tracker: PDF helps pet owners store vaccine dates and photos of veterinary cards, then share a boarding-ready PDF. An account is not required for core use.
2. Data on your device
Pet names, species, vaccine dates, clinic names, card photos, reminder settings, and local backup files you create stay on your device unless you choose to share a PDF or export a backup.
3. Camera and photos
The app uses the camera and photo library only when you attach vaccine card photos. Photos stay on the device until you include them in a PDF you share or in a backup file you export.
4. Sharing
When you use Share boarding proof or Export backup, the file leaves your device through the share method you choose (for example email, messaging, or Files).
5. What we usually do not collect
Core features do not require your email, phone number, precise location, contacts, or account credentials.
6. Feedback
If you choose Settings → Send feedback, we receive the category and message you write, anonymous app/install identifiers, app version, platform, device model name if available, and send time. We use this to review issues and ideas. Feedback is stored in a Supabase-hosted database. Do not include personal or medical secrets. The form does not collect an email address, and we cannot reply in the app. This is a one-way channel.
7. Notifications
Expiry reminders are scheduled on your device when you allow notifications.
8. Deletion
You can delete pets and vaccine rows in the app. Uninstalling usually removes local data. Copies of PDFs or backups you already shared are controlled by whoever has those copies.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date will change when we do.
10. Contact
Day-to-day product feedback: Settings → Send feedback in the app. For App Store / Google Play contact email, see the Help page.
