1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how SWPPP QSP Exam Prep (“we”, “us”, or “the app”) handles information when you use the app. The app is designed to keep learning progress on your device. We do not require you to create an account to study.
2. Information stored on your device
Learning goals, answer history, spaced-repetition progress, bookmarks, practice-exam summaries, settings (such as theme), and encrypted backup files you create are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share a backup through another app. We are not a party to files you share outside the app.
3. Optional feedback
If you use Settings → Send feedback, the category and message you enter, anonymous app and install identifiers, app version, platform, device model name when available, and submission time may be sent to our Supabase-hosted database. This is one-way: we cannot reply to you in the app. We read messages when we can. The form does not collect your email address. Do not include passwords or sensitive personal data in feedback.
4. Purchases
One-time unlock purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We do not receive your payment card details. Purchase status may be verified through the store and our entitlement provider so Full Access can be restored on your device.
5. App updates and services
Release builds may check Expo’s update service so corrected practice content can be delivered over the air. That process uses Expo’s infrastructure and is not a copy of your answer history.
6. Your choices
You can delete locally stored learning data from Settings at any time (Reset learning data). You can also uninstall the app to remove local data on your device, subject to your operating system’s behavior.
7. Changes
If analytics, advertising, accounts, cloud backup, or other external services are added later, this policy will be updated before those features ship.
