1. Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the operator of SWPPP QSP Exam Prep (“we”, “us”, or “the app”). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal exam-preparation study in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its question content except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Unofficial educational use
This app provides unofficial educational practice for California SWPPP / QSP exam preparation. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the California State Water Resources Control Board, Regional Water Boards, CASQA, or any exam administrator.
It does not guarantee exam passage, QSP/QSD qualification, or permit compliance. Always confirm requirements and the current Construction General Permit text on official Water Boards and CASQA sources.
4. Content
Questions are original practice items keyed to public permit concepts. They are not copied official exam banks. Content may be protected by intellectual-property rights and may not be redistributed without permission.
5. The service
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Features, question banks, and availability may change at any time, including through over-the-air updates.
6. Your conduct
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to circumvent security measures, interfere with the app’s operation, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
7. Subscriptions (if offered)
Paid plans, when offered, are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You are billed by Apple or Google, not by us directly. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s or Google’s policies except where required by applicable law.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated when the app or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
