1. Agreement
By installing or using Rental Inspection Report, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Purpose
The app helps landlords and property owners document unit condition with photos for move-in / move-out records (including deposit discussions). It is not an official deed, legal advice, or a property-management CRM.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of photos and notes, for any permission needed to photograph the unit, and for how you share exported PDFs.
4. Feedback
In-app feedback is a one-way channel. We may read messages when we can; we do not guarantee a reply in the app or by email.
5. Paid features
Paid features, when offered, are sold through Apple or Google. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and restore follow the applicable store rules. Local price is shown in the store before purchase.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or deposit-related losses arising from use of or reliance on the app or PDFs you create.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app. Continued use after an update is acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
