1. Overview
Risk Assessment PDF is an offline-first helper for creating workplace risk assessment PDFs. An account is not required for core features.
2. Data on your device
Drafts, completed assessments, settings, and signature images you create are stored on your device. Drafts auto-save on device.
3. What we usually do not collect
Core features do not require your email, phone number, precise location, contacts, or account credentials. Names, sites, and hazard text you type stay on the device unless you share a PDF that includes them.
4. App stores and payments
If paid features are offered, Apple or Google processes payment under their privacy policies. We do not receive your payment card details.
5. Feedback
If you choose Settings → Send feedback, we receive the category and message you write, anonymous app/install identifiers, app version, platform, device model name if available, and send time. We use this to review issues and ideas. Feedback is sent to a Supabase-hosted database. Do not include personal, worker, or secret data. The form does not collect an email address, and we cannot reply in the app. This is a one-way channel.
6. Deletion
You can discard drafts and manage history on the device. Uninstalling usually removes local data. PDFs you already shared to other apps or storage are controlled by those services.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards for feedback delivery, but no method is fully secure. Treat shared assessments carefully.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date will change when we do.
