By installing or using Risk Assessment PDF, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Purpose
The app helps you draft an unofficial workplace risk assessment PDF. It is not legal advice, an OSHA certification, a government form, a full HSEQ suite, or a substitute for competent site judgment.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of hazards, ratings, controls, leftover risk judgments, signatures, and how you share exported PDFs.
4. Feedback
In-app feedback is a one-way channel. We may read messages when we can; we do not guarantee a reply in the app or by email.
5. Paid features
Paid features, when offered, are sold through Apple or Google. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and restore follow the applicable store rules. Local price is shown in the store before purchase.
6. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, fitness for a particular purpose, or acceptance by any auditor or authority, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, injury, or delay losses arising from use of or reliance on the app or PDFs you create.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app. Continued use after an update is acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
