The app is a simple fuel-cost estimator for planning drives. It is not a navigation product, fuel-price marketplace, or accounting system.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of numbers you enter and for any decisions you make. Real-world fuel use and pump prices can differ from estimates.
4. Estimates only
Results are mathematical estimates based on the distance, economy, and price you provide (including round-trip and people-split options).
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial losses arising from use of or reliance on the app.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
